RALAMANDAL WILDLIFE SANCTUARY

Situated in the heart of Indore, the Ralamandal Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the main tourist attractions of the state.
It is a wildlife lovers paradise. It is renowned among tourists for bird watching, rich flora & fauna, camel riding, trekking and other exciting activities. Tourists can also hire a bike and explore the sanctuary.

PATAL PANI WATERFALLS

Located along the Indore-Khandwa route, this 35 km fall comes gushing down with great force and creates a magical effect upon the visitor. So beautiful is this location that it has become a popular picnic hub. It is situated in the vicinity of numerous worth-seeing sites such as Bagh Caves, Maheshwar and Burhanpur.

Rajwada

Dating back to the 18th century, Rajwada Palace was constructed by the Holkars. It is renowned for its impressive blend of Mughal and Maratha architectural styles.
The tasteful interiors and royal grandeur have an enchanting effect on everyone. The palace is open for visitors between
10 am to 5 pm.

Omkareshwar & Maheshwar

Situated on the banks of River Narmada, Omkareshwar houses one of the 12 holiest jyortirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva in India. From here, sight-seers can travel to Maheshwar, which is famous for its traditional saris, the mighty Maheshwar Fort & Ahilyabai Temple, dedicated to Rajmata Ahilyabai of the
Holkar Dynasty.

Gomatgiri

Situated atop a small hill near Indore is the temple of Gomatgiri. This Jain Temple has an impressive 21 feet statue of Gomateshwar. This region is known to have 24 mesmerizing temples made of marble dedicated to the
24 tirthankaras (teachers) of Jainism.
